I’m very familiar with lip fillers as I have had them done 3 times WITHOUT any numbing cream. The nurse who injected me used Ice 🧊 as a helper to ease the skin before each injection. I would squint slightly sometimes and other times I would be fine. But I’ll say with this particular patient you have, she has the fear of god in her eyes it seems (which could scare off most people). She looks completely petrified in pain. Poor girl.

Not as long as working out and building lean muscle! I was a cheerleader, dance trooper, bike rider and weight lifter as a kid. I'm now 40 and I STILL wear a size 2-4 with a cute bubble butt. People constantly ask me about my workout routine and I don't even work out anymore I just take my dog on long walks and climb a few hills, a few times per week. I'll say it again....Work OUT!
