Scariest thing about this Deku in this state is how calm he is. He’s not even phased. Man one-shot Muscular like it was nothing and went on about his business, ready to take out other villains

The best part of this fight honestly is Deku’s development of trying to understand villains more and coming across a villain that *couldn't* be saved. Build up for his confrontation with Shigaraki.
This also related to the societal narrative to address how hero society could better prevent people from becoming villains in the first place.
Deku at least called Muscular by his full name and tried to see if there was more besides his bloodlust, but not able to see anything past that. Realizing he only speaks the language of violence, so the fight is inevitable.
It’s a shame most people just see it as an interruption to the fight

Midoriya is such a great character, his been studying hero’s for years and his friends. Writing down all the moves and trying to make them his own, he respects quirks more than anyone else. I love the fact that he uses his quirks together to achieve feats on par with 100 percent output while only using 45 percent of the power. It shows that midoriya is a really smart, calm and collected character.
Its also incredibly terrifying that hes using 45% to do 100% plus damage, and he's still learning. If im the villians im like yeah we need him to go because once he fully masters it he's going to be way more of a problem then all might was

People gotta realize, the reason Deku's asking these questions is because he's trying to sympathize with the villains, trying to see why they became the way they are, it's why I like Deku so much, he wants to try and save EVERYONE no matter who they might be, even if it might be in vain he at least wants to try

Deku's mom is the MVP. She inspired and supported Deku all the way through his childhood, even without a quirk, even while he was getting bullied. All Might was the reason why he wanted to be a hero, but his mother is the one who he wanted to save and protect. The GOAT.

It felt so good finally seeing this animated. When I was reading it, I realized that this was almost like an extra measure of progression for Deku.

I love Dekus calm demeanor when he says that line about the huge villain. That was the first line of dialogue he had in the show and comparing how excited he was saying it then to how he does now is such a brilliant and small detail showing his change over everything that's happened recently.

I noticed that the spacing looked different on each note, they got the same information but he still addressed them all individually because he cared about them all, classic Midoriya. Deku isn’t turning back, resolve is solid now.

It’s like that moment in a Capcom game where they make you fight all of the earlier bosses again when you’re nearing the end of the game, just to show how strong you are.
Wonder if we're going to be ending with the fight between Stars & Stripes and Shigaraki. That fight was an incredible show even in the Manga so I am hoping they give it the animation love it deserves.
