@brendabays354 Hey its hard to explain but I took my aid off my ear and face up then take the battery compartment open then put a new one in and put it back in ur ear and close it ask you hearing aid audiologist

I just got these and these are awesome but they are hard to open

I know how to open and close it love my hearing aids I can use app to block the noise and listen to anything while working out or malls!1
How long do the batteries last? if used, if stored?
About a week or two
