@@keeeeegs yes I took it back to the ENT and they said it was the battery..I didn't know they have to be changed so many times.. She said that it depends on how many times you use it that you need to change the battery.. plus the the hearing aid I have I can't do it myself.. I have to go and get the battery put in.. they do n t delivery it to the house anymore..
The white wax guard does not snap right in into my hearing aid with that black holder. ,won't press in ?

So my hearing aids are working and the audio is very soft. I CANT HEAR WHAT YOU ARE SAYING😂

My left hearing aid is just blinking green on the charging station... what am I doing wrong? I literally just got them.
