Hi, it might indicate that the hearing aid need to be sent for service. A bad battery is the most common cause, but not the only cause. Moisture also can be one of the cause. So, either moisture has impacted the battery and it will need to be replaced, or drying the whole device will (hopefully) let it work again. Those are not the only causes of the service light, but most likely considering the circumstances

@SoundlifeHearing hi, I contacted the Audiologist that supplied them and told me it's the batteries are dead. Plus I didn't mention these were in storage for a while. Thank you for your response.
