Renault should of turbocharged the clio 197/200 when they were in production. The n/a engine does like to rev but you really have to give it the beans but the beep to change gears is a nice touch. Awesome video lads the ending was funny.

The reason I bought my R27 brand new was because it was NA. Being a turbo the Megane was not an option. After a decade I want to buy another 182 Clio again and I won’t consider the 197 or 200 because of the weight penalty.
They didnt even own the car mate, they didnt advertise it either. They were raffling something that wasnt theirs and didnt follow through with it, they gave the winner some cash instead, We own it and weve spent on it and will be doing it properly

Ya absolutely right mate, they’ have a very lineal power curve. It’s strange going from a N/A screamer to a turbo one. Total different drive
