Unless you find someone parting out a gem of a complete car, you might end up with mix and match shades of the same colors from piecing interior together as these cars are 30 plus years old. My 92 hatch came with blue interior and my rear plastics were sun bleached, mostly the top part that curves where the rear quarter glass is. I ended up painting my whole interior black. Used SEM brand paint, the color is Landau Black, what most Honda guys swear by. Matched with SEM plastic adhesion promoter, it has held up nicely. Granted I only drive my civic a few times a month. And the color match is actually pretty close. Only drawback is the paint is about 25 dollars a can.
@bowser4 Yeahh im starting to realize that.. i mean it was pretty much guaranteed since these hatchbacks dont make their way to junkyards that often BUT i had to to try!! I know what you mean i used that SEM paint on a few small trim pieces (w/out the promoter cause i always forget to buy that lol) and it has held pretty nice. Its just ive never had the paint held out something always chips, a corner, an edge… SOMETHING!!! And I just think id mess it up somehow too or wont like it.
some people buy the car then cut it themselves at home and when done send whats left to the yard, thats how cut up cars end up in yards with no power tool rules
Just to let you know there is a Pick-A-Part that you miss that is around the corner down the street from the one you went to in Fresno on Jensen this is my neighborhood
Hello man ! i would like to ask you a problem in my civic eg 3 door . i have a door open light on ,stays on even the doors are closed . Did you have any issues same as mine ? thank if you have the solution any chance
@WhatsAbout Hey man, no ive never had that issue but one thing i do know is if you open the door theres a push pin that controls the sensor. Its covered by a rubber gasket, maybe try removing the gasket and cleaning the push pin. Otherwise id try and follow the pin from the backside and clean the ground that is connected to the pin. Maybe that will help👍
Very cool bro 🔥

No power tools at all or just no saws?
@MB5150 I believe drills are allowed but anything that causes sparks is not allowed… or so i thought
@@projectgoodspeed sweet, thanks. Didn't want to travel that far to find out the hard way 😅
@MB5150 haha ayee if some one brought tools to cut a car in half any power tool is probably allowed😅
