Good video. I finally got to where I can start doing weighted ring dips again took some time to Work my way up to 15kg. Started with 5kg 3 sets 5 and 10kg 3 sets 3 now 15kg 3 sets 2 pull-ups having problems with as I mentioned before. But chin-ups are good.. Had somebody at the gym, just last week saying that I have good form. I said to the guy I don't count it unless my chest hits the bar lol. I will be doing ring pull-ups just hoping I don't get the pain in my left shoulder again. Anyway keep vids coming. 👍

Nice work wolfy. Just find a way to work around niggles. I've got one in my left bicep/forearm atm and any bicep work or even chin ups niggle it so I'm staying away atm. Have you been to doctor/ physio about the shoulder yet??

Ring version is challenging, but it feels like the body is really under pressure, which is good.

I definitely like using my rings better than those orange Gripz things. I know they're supposed to hold up to 300lbs, but I just don't trust those teeny little straps. Then I wind up holding back on pull ups because I'm worried about one snapping when I'm struggling. Rings feel more trustworthy. Plus, you can lower them if you're just starting to let your legs rest on the floor to remove a little bit of the weight.
