    Sir for step 1 Ki is not the short circuit current, it’s the temperature coefficient.. please correct it and thanks a lot for your efforts it’s very helpful

    How can correct "Complex signal mismatch. Output port 1 of 'untitled/PV Module/PV Current' is a signal of numeric type complex. However, it is driving a signal of numeric type real" this problem

    Dear sir is it possible to get different iv & pv curve for different solar cell in matlab? I mean I want to make IV curve for Si and GaAs solar cell? But in matlab there is a bult in solar cell. So how can i get iv curve for GaAs? Please reply me back. Thank you

      It's repeated sequence block.
      In which you have to provide 2 values.
      Time and Value.

    Thank you so much brother, but i have a question, in the equation of Ish when you modeled it you used V product Gain, but in the equation we have V * Np/Ns, where is Ns and Np and the model (step 2) ? and thank you for advance brother

      In that case Np / Ns ratio kept constant as unique value (1) because we were considered only single cell parameters. You can change this values when many cells are connected in module.

      If you see there is also one arrangements are there after exponential block (e^u) which is multiplication of step 4 current and addition of step 2 current,
      So now thing is for calculating "irs" equation is wrote there but when we reached to final value iph, we need to solve the equation so to avoid this we multiply Voc with q and ish input, which actually cancelled out when it comes with step 2 and 4 at the end of step 3.
      It's just like solving equations:
      For example
      X + Y = z
      Then if we multiply with quantity
      X + Y +1 = z +1
      If you solve above equation,
      X + Y = z +1 -1 = z it self
