In that case Np / Ns ratio kept constant as unique value (1) because we were considered only single cell parameters. You can change this values when many cells are connected in module.

@@mostafael-abboubi4638 If you see there is also one arrangements are there after exponential block (e^u) which is multiplication of step 4 current and addition of step 2 current, So now thing is for calculating "irs" equation is wrote there but when we reached to final value iph, we need to solve the equation so to avoid this we multiply Voc with q and ish input, which actually cancelled out when it comes with step 2 and 4 at the end of step 3. It's just like solving equations: For example X + Y = z Then if we multiply with quantity X + Y +1 = z +1 If you solve above equation, X + Y = z +1 -1 = z it self
