My sperm donor has never paid any child support. He had the nerve to take me to court for visitation. He did not win. The judge asked him why he did not pay child support, and he said nobody told me how much to pay. The look on the judge's face was priceless. The judge said so nobody told you how much to pay and you decided to pay nothing? He said that is correct. I said, "Do you see what I am dealing with?" The judge told him to go to the store price an entire outfit for your son. Underwear, socks, shirt, pants, shoes, and a coat. Give that amount to the mother just in good faith to start, and then we can work from there. That was in 2014. I still have not received a dime. Just last week, he told me he is going to take me back to court for visitation again. (This usually happens around Father's Day.) He has no idea how old my son is now. My son will be 18 in a few months and said he does not want to see him at all. Let's see how this goes 🤷♀️
Abstinence, self-control, and protecting oneself when hormonal chaotic situations arise will prevent most of these problems. Know who you're dealing with BEFORE plunging in the bed and BEFORE getting married. However, we have all let our emotions rule over good judgement at some point in life.🤷🏾
