Please don't miss paragliding & bungee jumping. As you said earlier, you guys are here for only a intro to the country. Hope next time in your next trip, we can see some great videos of Nepal including breathtaking Himalayas, top most trekking routes and local adventures cultural villages. Enjoy ☺️
That sound is from the Cicade insect (leaf hoppers) that are in the trees. You guys are very adventurous to be eating 'pani puri' . This is a typical Indian street food and often the water used to make it can be dodgy. Somehow everything looks better through your lens. Thanks for sharing your vlogs.
Another excellent video 👍 I used to travel to distant countries when I was in the Navy, but we didn’t have the technology (iPhones) that we have today, I only have memories of the places I visited. You guys take care in your travels and keep putting out these awesome videos…
Hey guys, we have watched all your vids for few years now.. You have inspired us to go to Nepal in April ourselves, looks amazing, thanks.. Ann and Mike
Nature's Beans cafe. Street number 13 in Pokhara Lakeside. Where you can eat Breakfast, bakery and drink organic cold and hot coffee. Even you can get well conditions scooter for rent.
That big statue is well done and beautiful! The downhill road is scary, so people really need to walk carefully! It's a pity, it feels like it's not well planned around that statue, maybe they don't want too many tourists to visit! The mountain view in Pokhara is really beautiful and makes that playground even more special, thanks for sharing! 👍😄🙏
That shiva statue area is actually newly built and now that area has just started to attract more tourists so they're planning to upgrade to road.. Hopefully it will be finished within few months
My favorite channel. Thank you for consistently putting out 2 fabulous videos every week! And they’re not short videos either. Parabéns! I know editing takes A LOT of time. Everything you produce is top notch and enjoyable. Top! Nota 10! Thank you for all of your hard work!! Sending love🌻😘❤️
I feel the same I just don’t understand why people make the effort and time to travel to see a beautiful place and that’s the specific reason they have gone there and then throw all there rubbish on the ground !!! 😡😡😡
Most elder people don't bring thrash back with them due to lack of awareness about plastic and modern materials which don't biodegrade quickly. Before few decades, those elderlies and their parents, grandparents used all organic materials like banana leaf plates, bamboo made bags etc which they could throw anywhere and that would even benefit to the soil they're thrown in by fertilizing them. They continued that culture of disposing randomly with today's non bio degradable wastes which has caused such pollution
@@aa6eheia156 that's a great story but I don't see many elderly people making that hike....maybe you did not pay attention but they were on a very difficult decent to the Lakeside.......this trash was not thrown by elderly people but by stupid tourists.
Hello Namaste, I am your new subscriber. Thanks for pointing out about the littering problem here in Nepal. People are uneducated about the ecology. Throwing trash everywhere. We have a problem and government is not doing any better job educating people. Have a safe stay while you are in Nepal.
Hello Chris & Carol your journeys are really peaceful like paradise, Thank you for sharing your videos & thoughts on your experiences. Cheers to you guys 🎉🤗💖

Hey Chris and Carol, thanks again for the informative video and hike, love the cute goats🐐 seeing all those statues and shrines reminds me of Isaiah 46:6 There are those who lavish gold from their purse; They hire a metalworker, and he makes it into a god. Then they prostrate themselves, yes, they worship it. 7 They lift it to their shoulders; They carry it and put it in its place, and it just stands there. It does not move from its place. They cry out to it, but it does not answer; It cannot rescue anyone from distress. Looking forward to next video stay safe🙏
Too bad about the clouds, if they hadn't been there you would have seen epic views of the Himalayas including Annapurna. Did you do a multi-day trek while you were in Nepal?
Not on this trip because carol had a bad knee from some trails that we did in Albania. But we plan to come back early next year and do one, we might do the langtang one that you have done a few times :D
Hahaha, at last I see the umbrella! I agree though that umbrella is like a signature to Asians!? Before, in my place in a far rural area, you can own an umbrella through credit from ambulant foreign traders or vendors who will be known to offer these goods, and many others (mosquito net, towels mats, iron box,..etc) which are useful for daily household usage and guess what, you can have a staggered payment to them even in a month or two... 😄😄😄. How much the cost of an umbrella, that time around Php30-50.
Did you understand about the Shiva temple? Nepal produces the best Charas in Asia, and Charas ( cannabis sativa) is holy to the religion. I realise you cant mention this on your blog, but! Serectly try it out if it rings your bell. The Nepalese are the coolest and toughest people in the world.
Love watching your travels. Great content. Never understand why people can not throw their rubbish in the bin. Or take it home. Beautiful views. Thank you for sharing.
all the Yogis call Shiva as adiyogi or the first Yogi as he was the first practitioner of yoga. no one knew his actual name. he was given 108 names each depicting his various aspects. the name Shiva means that which is not.
Cicadas, however, aren’t unique to Australia: the insects are found all over the world, though they’re most common in tropical regions. As the world’s loudest insects, the ear-splitting call from the males is a love song to draw their mates near.
