Thanks for the comment. If you use instant yeast, you don't need to add it to water and sugar. That's what you might want to do with active dry yeast, but instant yeast is different. No need for that extra step.

Always mix the butter, salt , in the flour , the yeast , sugar & lukewarm water has to mixed separately to let the yeast rise .
