This is my process for shaping hamburger buns. At the start of the video we've already gotten all the dough ingredients mixed and kneaded together and we're starting after the dough has risen for the initial 1 hour bulk proof time. Here's how I make mayonnaise in less than 2 minutes with an immersion blender. Always mix the butter, salt , in the flour , the yeast , sugar & lukewarm water has to mixed separately to let the yeast rise .
Thanks for the comment. If you use instant yeast, you don't need to add it to water and sugar. That's what you might want to do with active dry yeast, but instant yeast is different. No need for that extra step.

Yummy recipe full watching
Use a wide mouth pint mason jar instead, then you can just stick a lid on and store it in the fridge. Also, canola oil is one of the worst foods you could eat, you're much better off with olive, avocado, or if you're adventurous duck or bacon fat.
