Hi Amanda, I have a red light therapy mask and I like it so much. It has absolutely made an improvement in my lines and wrinkles. You do have to be consistent with using it or it just won’t give you the results you are hoping for. I hope it works for you but you just have to be patient because it does take time.

Amanda I just bought the hourglass tinted moisturizer, I wore it on my vacation in the Florida Keys, I brought other foundations but fell in love with this one, this was the only one I kept reaching for. I also purchase the Dr. Dennis gross mask during the Nordstrom anniversary sale, and I ended up returning mine as well. I just didn’t see any benefits from using it. I’ll check out the one you mentioned.
I'll have to try that tinted moisturizer next! I love them for Summer.
And yes! I've researched and the benefits seem to be pretty solid! I'm using it on my face, arms, and chest currently so well see. I'm hoping for redness reduction and anything else is an added benefit!
I recently purchased a red light therapy lamp from amazon, this way I can use it for my face and any other body parts. I have heard that it is good for pain relief etc.

Spot on about the Taylor Swift album!!! I liked a couple songs but a few were definitely repetitive or just too much downers. Florida is just a weird song. “I can do it with a broken heart” was super relatable. We all have had moments when we had to put on the mask and trudge forward. I’m definitely finding more I like the more I listen to them. 1989 & Reputation were the best. Also liked Lover. Not a fan of Evermore and Folklore. Just not my vibe. 🍓

I’d love to see a video ranking white jeans. I can’t justify mother or spanx prices so I’d love to see the pros and cons of other ones.
At age 48, I’ve been through everything on TTPD so it’s healing for me! During aIMee, I actually shout out the names of my bullies who made life in a small town so traumatic that I had to go make something of myself. And, the biggest bully’s daughter was one of my college students and went home and sang my praises - close enough to singing my song!
My Matty era…ugh. He was also British and a self-absorbed, self-destructive man child - and I thought I could fix him and was addicted to him!
I think daddy I love him is originally about Matty but the last verse is about Travis.
I’ve listened to the whole album about 100 times now! Midnights remains my favorite (with the vault tracks) with Rep as 2nd, but this smacks for me.
On the other note, I got a red light mask cheap off of Amazon to make sure I’d use it. My 12 year old said my hands looked old (he’s not wrong). I put it on my hands, face, and scalp (perimenopause hair loss) and it’s already making differences he’s even noticed. It’s just a time consuming step for a busy gal!

I need to add my head into the rotation but currently it takes an hour to do treatments on all the areas I'm testing it 🤪 But I do it during my down time reading at night so I'm multitasking at least!

I don’t know if it’s because I come from a family of singers, song writers and musicians, but I’ve never been able to get on the Taylor Swift train. Not a hater to those who love her at all.
I do think she’s a good songwriter but I guess I never understood the hype of her in general, but to each their own. 😊
As far as things I’ve been loving I’m obsessed with the Bloom greens brand of pro biotics. I make a berry smoothie every day and can really tell difference in bloating and how I feel.

I really didn't enjoy the first book, I loved the second book and, like you, jumped straight into the 3rd book...I still haven't finished it and don't think I will. I NEVER quit books but it's a bit of a slog, quite boring and there are just SO many characters. I'm with you, the series was incredibly overhyped and I really only liked the second book out of the 3 books I tried.
Ok SAME!! The third book is taking me way longer to get through.. I only read a little bit at the end of the night before bed. I got through the 1st one quick because there wasn't a lot going on but I definitely enjoyed the 2nd the most so far (chapter 54 was the best!). I agree there is almost character confusion at this point and I'm uninterested in 3 so far..
