Thanks so much. Could you explain in the comments which part to push down or aside to actually remove the battery? I opened my Tread LT but was afraid to ruin the lever which hold the battery.
I confirmed the process by opening my watch and trying it. I was able to take a small screwdriver and carefully push the long gold colored lever aside to remove the battery. Then push the lever aside again to reinstall a new battery.

The inside of the movement doesn’t have branding. Leatherman just advertises it as “Swiss-made”.

The Leatherman Tempo screws are NOT 1.5mm Allen. They are 1/16 inch SAE Allen. 1.5mm is too small and it can strip the screw head.
The 1.5mm hex key worked great for me. No damage, no stripping.
1/16” is smaller than 1.5mm. 1.5mm Allen fits perfectly. No stripping.
