    This was great. I found out the a recent Christmas present of John Singer Sargents watercolors was on the screen at the end.

    "There is speculation that the family may have met with financial difficulties resulting in an attempt to sell the painting to the Trustees of the Frick Collection in 1922 but the offer was rejected by Helen Clay Frick" ah!

    Interesting subject but the speaker's lack of fluidity made listening to the lecture a rather torturous affair. It's rather a shame that Richard Ormond chose to deliver this talk.
    He is exceedingly well informed on the subject but the delivery has to flow, and in this regard he failed miserably.
