Ustad Zakir Hussain is an Indian tabla virtuoso, composer, percussionist, music producer and film actor. He is the eldest son of tabla player Ustad Allah Rakha.
Pandit Swapan Chaudhuri, is an Indian tabla player. He has accompanied several musicians of Indian classical music, including, Pandit Ravi Shankar, Ustad Ali Akbar Khan, Ustad Vilayat Khan, Pandit Bhimshen Joshi, Pandit Jasraj., Ustad Amjad Ali Khan and many more.
Pandit Anindo Chatterjee is an Indian tabla player of the Farukhabad gharana school. He was born into a musical family. Chatterjee is a disciple of Pandit Jnan Prakash Ghosh. Gifted with an ability to summon crystal-clear melodies from his drums, he evolved into one of the world's greatest tabla players.
They are all maestros. But 10/10 to Pt Swapna Choudhary. The crispness, the sweet tone of Chaanti also, perfectly blends with dhir dhir.
Dhere dhere king always swapan da
Anindo chatterji and swapan chaudhary ji have more clarity and comfort dheer dheer...no doubt
ustad zakir hussain mjndblowing laykari🌷🌷🌷
Pt Swapan choudhuri, god of Dhere dhere🙏
My all time favorite Dhir Dhir master is Ustad Akram Khan!
Unbelievable all 3 but the speed of pandit swapn is next level
Pandit swapan chawdhury.
Each of them is unique in his own style and wisdom. So far dhir dhir bol is concerned, my favourite is Pt Swapan Choudhury. And also Pt Ananda Gopal Bandopadhyay. I wish I could listen to Pt Anokhelal Mishraji.
This is a very rare video of pandit anokhelal misra

.
Well now you can! Here's a surprisingly clear recording that was released on UA-cam

They certainly all start it from the thumb-side and not from the pinky as I learned and practiced for decades only. Thankfully Zakir Ji was explaining in one of his Instagram-sessions that most are starting it from the thumb and I've adapted that within a day and can play it as I want now. In order to play it like Swapan Ji you certainly should start it from the pinky-side first to keep it tighter from the hand-movement.
Pt Swapan chaudhari just fantastic .and Pt Anindo chatterjee master of masters
And also ustad Zakir abbaksn
Zakir abbajan
Pt. Ram ji mishra ji was the dhir dhir specialist from Banaras Gharana 🌹🙏🏻
I do not qualify to say but swapanda play beautifully the resonance of his dhir dhir as far ahead and different .. zakirbhai play technically using more of his right side of palm .. ..all are great players .. 🙏🙏🙏
Unbelievable! Each one showed what dhir dhir is in their own style!
Unbelievable
They all have their unique style and presentation which are always to be praise-worthy 👏👏👏👏👏
No one can do this with Swapan Chowdhury
This video is not comparing, it’s just showing us how legends play dhir dhir
Any one can't beat anyone all are equal
স্বপন চৌধুরীর
Swapan ji dhere dhere cant be matched
Comparison among the legendary artists is not good. All of them are superb to their respective positions. Thanks to all listen to them.
This a bouquet of flowers ! To each flower its perfume !
Not about who's the best, but the best being the diversity of styles. Else everyone would be the copy-paste of one another and it would be dully monotonous.
Art is not sport, Any one who has reached a Professional level should not be compared with any one else, those who reach those levels should just be judged on their performance and no one else's. Its not a competition.
Watch arup Chattopadhyay dhire dhire
Excellent.
It's just the chanti's swar which is making the difference in my opinion, also the quality of recording
Pandit Anindo Chatterjee Ji Maharaj only.
Ustad Zakhir Hussain 🔥
Best is Anindya Chatterjee in dhere dhere
Wah ustad ji
Dhire dhire suno..dhir dhir .....dhir dharo...dheeraj rakho....no comments....just enjoy

Zakir Hussain....Zakir Hussain.......Clarity is really awesome.
Was so wonder6
The fingers are like something that can't be described here!
🙏🏻 aaha 🙏🏻
Wow guru g
Very nice
I am not qualified to make any comparison between these masters. All are cherished assets of our musical heritage .Great experience to listen to them !
However from common man's perception Pandit Swapan Choudhury easily stands ot for clarity and accuracy .
We also don't know the respective occasions of their playing . Ustad Zakir Hussian appeared to be rounded by vocal fans and was playing to the gallery.
True but here so far clarity is considered, Pt Swapan Chaudhary is best. May be ut is due to recording quality.
the way zakir ji plays as if toying with the instrument...his hand movements are the fastest as well as most creative....each strike is so perfct....it brings smile to the gallery.....saying wah ustad ji....kya baat hai....
Fastest tabla? You should once listen to late pandit anokhelal mishra.
People be saying here that this one is the best or that one is unbeatable...
As musicians we mustn't compare them. They're all living legends. We must learn from them.
Only listeners who do not know what it takes to do what these legends are doing and how music just one's self exprsssion will compare . Musicians usually never compare. Its the psuedo kansens who do it
🙏🙏
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💐💐💐💐💐
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
🙏🙏🙏
Pt Swapan Chowdhury ji is the specialist of Dhir Dhir
🙏🙏🙏🙏

Always ustad Zakir Hussain . Creativity at its best , par excellence 🙏❤️

All are equally credible artist
Creativity and excellency, all three are equal.
Anindo Chatterjee the best here! By FAR
Ustad zakir hussian is the God of tabla no words

All are legends... But I enjoyed Pandit Anindo Chaterjee's Dhir Dhir due to his fingering, clarity and sound production...
Here, very short and below quality video of Anindo Chaterjee's Dhir Dhir has shown...
Those who don't know about Anindo Chaterjee's Dhir Dhir please search Anindo Chaterjee's own UA-cam channel...
God and allaha both same
Unfortunately the God’s sons(Christians) and the Allah’s sons(Muslims) both disagree with your views. 😜
Playing on tabla and characteristic
Playing on tabla like trital .jhnaptal etc the rhythm of beats are same of God and allah
@@prabalmajumder4406 That’s what you believe, and so do I. Because we have many Dev-Devis, so we accept the presence of ‘God’ and ‘Allah’ very naturally. And because of “Advaita Vedanta”, we can appreciate the views of the Muslims that There is only one God and he doesn’t have any shape ( ঈশ্বর এক ও নিরাকার)।
But Allah is the only God according to Islam. “La ilaha illillaha” means there is only ONE God, and His name is Allah. So they doesn’t agree to our views. They are of opinion that our God doesn’t exist and we are disbelievers or “Kafer”s.
And the book Quran is more than 70% filled up with downgrading other religions and how to enslave the Kafers’ wives and daughters and behead the Kafers, and establish an Islamic caliphate in the whole world. And how only the Muslims will go to heaven and others not.
Of course I am not talking about the tabla and all our Great Ustads who were/are all worshipers of Ma Saraswati. I am talking about the religion Islam and its preachings.
Both the character of how to play on any instrument that depends on beats of rhythm like trital jhnaptal sultal etc are same ......n
in india none is and wuld be anywhre near to zakir ji...he is a maestro......only swapan ji and sanjoy mukherji pandit are may be somewhat near that class.... extraordinaryness
Zakir Hussain...none left.
None can be Zakir Hossain
Anindo and chudri 😏
Koi zakir Hussain ke samne nehi ayga bhai....
Fir to tumhe tabla ke ware me knowledge bohot kam hai
Nobody plays better dhir dhir than pandit swapan chaudhuri and Late pandit anokhelal mishra.
