Very nice presentation here, Arek. We've been using archetypes (and other behavioral psychology-based principles) to humanize brands for years, and to help them connect with their consumers and prospects. You've made a very strong video here, highlighting the brands and some movie characters to really connect your message. Excellent stuff!

Ah! I saw something in this that helps identify a source of friction. There's a conflict between how people inside the company view our archetype, and the archetype that would attract our desired audience, and therefore a rub with some departments about some of the work being produced. That will be an important topic to introduce as we go forward ironing out our brand issues.

Yes - your goal as a strategist is to align all the stakeholders on the same vision. So it’s important to listen to all people but also educate them. So that ultimately they all feel like they’ve contributed something and you can resolve that conflict.

Very nice concept & analysis. I remember reading 'Man & His Symbols' based on Jungian work.

I have struggled for years with marketing. But the clients I do get, they Love my course and coaching!
I took a test about 2+ years ago and my archetype came out as Maverick. Which is probably what you call
outlaw... I thought this was the same business I took the course from. In fact I am pretty sure I clicked a link to get to this
video.. maybe not.. I noticed I personally was like a few others like Sage and magician and 1 or 2 more... so does that mean, that's my personal archetypes but Maverick / outlaw would be my business's type? 1 challenge I have had over the years is I feel conflicted in how to advertise my business as in if I do it this way then it will scare of / push away clients in the other types that I am etc... does this make sense?

I always test as Creator, which I get, but for some reason I have no idea how to apply this archetype to my branding. It’s like it’s the only one I don’t get, and it’s my own 😂 I don’t get myself lol
