For effective triethanolamine use a mechanical dedicated mixer should be used, it is very difficult to keep it evently distributed throuout the mixture, the sodium is easier, though will require the water washing of the resulting fuel. No silica or bentonite used in this experiment.
This is oil distillate bleaching, so the first step is sulfuric acid, the second step is triethanolamine mixed with processing oil to make it clearer, nothing else added.
It is better to mix with kerosene, no bleaching is needed, also chemical treatment is nessesary, to remove tar, paraphine and polymers, at least silica settling, then filtration, or centrifuge, otherwise tar and poluymer formation may clog filters. The fuel might be dark, but it should be clean, the fuel film must be transparent and resemble normal automotive oil, no clowdness is allowed.
I have try this method but it seems not working. The triethanolamine seem not soluble in oil. Is there any different type of triethanolamine out there?

There is no secret, I mentioned this ingredient in comments many times, anyway the first ingredient is sulfuric acid, the second is triethanolamine, I personally do not like to deal with any acids and resulting acidified tar.
