    I'm a fan of how quiet and not obnoxious your video is. The pure, textured sounds of food being prepared. It's a nice change from the typical. This dessert looks great, and probably tastes really beautiful too. Raspberry Lychee Rose and Almond? YUM Your skills are apparent. Good Job 👍🏽

    conceptually impecable. amazing combination. if u dont mind, here some advices:
    1- use a piping bag to spread the mousse. it will look more plain and u earn precision.
    2- its a good idea to let each layer of mousse freeze before adding a new one, or the phases wont look plain

    Very pretty...but it would certainly be helpful if u added in the name & quantity of the ingredients as you demonstrated the steps in the video. I tried to match your steps to the instructions below but found it a bit too difficult to do so. Just a bit of an idea to help make your videos more appealing, thanks for the awesome recipe though :)

    hello ,it is quite confusing to me, for the lychee syrup, you add 80g into it, normally we add 6 times (30g) amount for dissolving the gelatin powder, then there are 50g syrup left to add into chopped lychee, is it right? thanx a lot

    Awesome recipes! Love videos where people don't talk & keep talking!! so thumbs up on that! Probably adding background music will help the quality (a suggestion)

    Where do you get the plastic for inside the ring molds?

    • @TastyTreatToMakeAtHome
      @TastyTreatToMakeAtHome  8 років тому

      +The Feel Good Kitchen It’s acetate sheets (or acetate rolls, strips or wide cake collar cands). They are sold in shops for confectioners/online shops, Amazon, e.g. Ring molds can be replaced by silicone molds, those that are similar to large molds for muffins. In these case assemble cake upside down (sponge layer will be on top) and freeze for several hours to take it out later. Some cooks don’t use acetate rolls and remove rings with the help of gas jet)
