- It's the first camp of 2023, as Team Charles-Barclay head out to the home-away-from-home: Club La Santa, Lanzarote!
The focus of this camp was to take what we learned from testing in the Red Bull Performance Center in Austria & apply it to the training.

I was wondering if you might consider doing a video about the strength and stability stuff you do specifically for running? Even just a few ideas would be so helpful. Trying to improve balance and hip strength but a bit at a loss.

Aww just got back from Club la Santa it’s a fab place. I only made it as far as the village though, and my longest run was around the Laguna 😂 the pool was chuffin freezing so did not stay in there long. I don’t think I’d make it as a triathlete 😅😅x
Brilliant. I bet a couple of weeks there will boost the energy levels and the motivation too. I did my morning run in rain and fog this morning. It's not quite the same.

@@bas2205 this was the bike I rode in training pre Kona (it lives in Lanzarote) before the World got to see the Cube Aerium c:68 disc prototype! Hence we didn’t put branding on it to make it a bit less obvious 😅
