Phenomenal, I have the utmost respect for this man. My father did 17 years of a 20 year sentence, convicted on the testimony of a cooperating witness. He was innocent and wasn’t even in the US at that time. He was set up by Federal prosecutors’ and their “witness” was the one who actually committed the crime. His trial was a railroad job from start to finish. There are different levels of cooperation, none are good, but I think there is a lot of people out there who don’t understand what snitching is.. There’s a difference between filing a police report if your car is stolen to being arrested and setting up your friends to save yourself. I used to hate this man but I made that judgement without hearing his side of the story. Now I’m grateful because I’ve changed my way of thinking and my life is better for it.
My respect Mr.Gravano Listening to you is like listening to my Dad tell stories. That same deep breath to add emphasis to an important moment. My Dad was from Pittsburgh. He's 86 now. It's not that hard to make a tattoo gun out of just about anything as long as you use something similar to a needle.. You can even use a sharpened paperclip as a needle point.. Ink can be made out of many things, from using a snuggle pen to taking ashes and hair oil smuggled from the Barbara shop and for color you would use melted jolly ranchers candies by melting it down.. You can make a tattoo gun out of Anything. Even using something so simple as a needle, paperclip, staple, nail and you wrap thread around near the point, dip it in the ink and do it 1 poke at a time.. Hurts like hell but it does work but of course if you get caught with any of that stuff well then you get put on disciplinary charges which can mean the hole.. I have 3 tattoos.. 2 done by the Hells Angels Outlaw Biker Club and the 3rd was well let's just say homemade.. Oh and the motor can be made from camera's, old walkmans, radios, basically Anything that has a motor but if you can't find anything with a motor like I said, go back to basics
@@johndoe-fq7ez 2 of my tattoos are professionally done by the Hells Angels.. Tells you so much about a man when he doesnt bad mouth or bring others down to make himself look better or seem hard sammy affords so much respect to other people in his stories
And he never backs away from shit he's done he's prolly not so proud of. He just tells like it is.
@MrEyeswideopen7 the very same ones that were ratting him out.

Clicked as fast as I could. Love your stories Sammy... Would love to hear about Chin and also about power balances between the families
History is written by the victors. Keep that in mind.
This is a point I try and make when I comment. This dude is as manipulative as they come. We only get his side because John lived by the code and never spoke on this. Keep that in mind, as well.
The jury in Jr Gotti's trial didn't believe John Alite. Gotti jr walked on that case. what's that tell you.
That is amazing they gave you permission to get an Odin tattoo. Also amazing that you got the ink. You are seriously the definition of an OG. Even after cooperating you went to prison and always stood your own ground. Amazing story once again. Thank you Sammy. Much L&R.
It was in a Witsec unit. Not the real AB. He's FOS!!
Lol I think Sammy's gonna be one of the last ppl to lie about something like that.. he's a legit fckin gangster

Listening to these stories I can vividly see the characters come to life in my mind. Nobody tells a story like Sammy,
When I was a kid in high school I read a book I was interested in called “ The Underboss” back in 2003 or so. I relate to him because reading wasn’t my best but his book had me locked in. Now that I listen to his stories here , I recall so many of that book plus more and it all comes together. He’s the truth and I personally soak in all his game.
im speechless !! bros ... so sorry you had to lose your friend cornfed , amazing stories. you are helping me go through a lot thank you, feel a lot less alone
Sammy is just class , no ego and shows he was vulnerable at times . Legit man

An absolutely wonderful storyteller he is. There could be a room full of people and if Sammy started sharing a story it’s all eyes/ears on him to get every detail. Love the videos!
Seriously one of my favorite episodes...ive been waiting to hear Sammy talk about his ink since episode 1...thank you Sammy and please keep doin you bro...much love from Philly
Same thing with the tattoos and the history, meaning and significance etc. Been requesting that from the start like yourself!
Really loved the personal share towards the end about the ABs and the tattoo showing much respect on both ends... Not all honest though.
This was one of the best yet keep it up sammy!
Great story Sammy. You’re so talented in delivering your message. I can’t stop watching!
Absolutely love these videos and Podcasts!! Listening to Sammy speak of Paul “Cornfed” Schneider, brings to my mind that some years back, a family member had told me that we had a distant cousin doing time in supermax prison right here in CO. Could it be true we might actually be related? My maiden name is Schneider. I know there are tons of us Schneider’s but still!! ??
Sammy 💯 Don’t gotta like the AB but respect is everything
There's no way the ABs didn't know that guy would get transferred.

Listening to you is like listening to my Dad tell stories. That same deep breath to add emphasis to an important moment. My Dad was from Pittsburgh. He's 86 now. They moved to Utah when he was a kid because he was starting to get in with the wrong crowd and was getting in trouble. Had they not moved, he could have ended up where you did, only with the Irish. Enjoying your channel very much, Thank you Sir.
Dang Sammy, I’m happy for you to live and tell your stories, you or are a straight up guy.
He's a stand up guy
I remember teaching Cornfed how to work a tattoo gun in prison. Can you believe that. Gianni Russo
😂😂😂😂
Bum
Spot on my man! 🤣😂🤣😂
@@johndoe-fq7ez 2 of my tattoos are professionally done by the Hells Angels.. A lot of them are tattoo artists not just outlaws and the homemade 1 hurt like hell but it was done in honor of my dead Little brother so show some respect, plus you would crap your pants being around Mobster's, outlaw bikers, criminals like I was when I was younger. I am 63 and I survived a lot.. Oh btw my last name is not Steven, that's my middle name and it's nobody's fuckin' business what my real last name is.. my heritage goes back to Sicily so I grew up with people like Sammy the bull, Fat Tony, Greg the Grim reaper Scarpa, Tony roach Rampino, Frankie Zee,.. I grew up with them.. Joe Bananno use to call my house for my father (Yes he was in the life and so was my uncle.. Fat Tony's cousin) So don't say bum, have some respect... OK...
love your stories! there's always room for growth: try to talk about the setting, what people are wearing, what the room is like where you're at. show vs tell, in a sense.

John kind of deserved it, all due respect. Guy was willing to sink Sammy to stay out and not do his bid. You got caught, let the family move on and be a stand up guy. You don't send the cops to your guy's door like that.

Nice to hear a story that wasn't covered in the "Underboss" book! Hope to get more like this!
You should of whacked John “Our Public” Gotti straight after you whacked “Big” Paul Castellano...
“Corn fed” is the most hilarious nickname ever 🤣
I'm wondering whether *CornFed* is who Joe Biden keeps referring to as his "black" childhood friend, *CornPop* ??? 😁
Maybe sleepy-creepy-geriatric-Joe got their names confused --- cause lets face it: everything else is "scrambled" in that old geezers head.

Mr. Gravano,
I feel privileged to be able to sit and listen to you as a freeman in my lifetime it feels to me like listening to grandpas bada$$ stories except that my own grandpa didn't talk he just stayed quiet and went to chicago about once a month, im half Italian myself and I've always loved this part of our history my grandpa came from cali to chicago then to benton harbor later in life, he always drove a nice town car i carry on that town car tradition now nothing like a town car. Live long and thank you for sitting down and sharing with us what nobody else can. 🖤
Being someone who was raised in a rural area where there are no street gangs or mafia presence, these stories are very interesting and entertaining, as well as very informative. Sammy is an excellent story teller. I love the way he tells it like it is. You can tell there is no dishonesty in him and I respect that. I couldn't even imagine living the life he lived while in the Rampers and the mafia. I probably wouldn't last long because of my lack of street knowledge. LOL
You're very humble and obvious smart...I'm a former drug dealer from Brooklyn..same neighborhood as sammy...and saying you wouldn't last long in that life would actually make you a real gangster...xuz real killers always worry that others will tale them out...and that mentality makes us get others first before they get us.

Your story telling is amazing. It seems unscripted and raw. Thats talent.
how is WEARING A WIRE anymore worst than KILLING somebody that thinks ur their friend ….. ending their life like a psychopath is worst than deciding to be a CI, whether its “cowardly” or not
and don’t give me that “they signed up for that life BRO, they know whats a stake joining in, you sound like a fool” bull crap - because when you “join that life” and “know whats at stake” then you would also know the possibility of someone flipping on you is at stake as well…..
That was a heavy duty story. Thank you.

This right here is the difference between John and Sammy. When everything was stripped away......John had to pay them for protection....Sammy was gifted Odin.
he was in seg, on a pc yard .. sammy never hit main line
Exactly here’s the difference... Gotti was in General Population on the mainline, Sammy was in segregation on a protective custody yard the department of corrections was protecting him. Sammy couldnt walk the mainline even if he paid he wouldve gotten killed
@@LC-xn4dp Agreed, however the respect shown is the essence of what I’m saying. I agree, they would have Bulger’d Sammy, no doubt. But the politics demand that. I think, my opinion.....if those on the mainline were able to have a choice (they didn’t, he ratted) but if they could, they would have taken Sammy over John.
