A double decker! That’s a big plane and your seats look so comfy! I pretty sure the three of us sat for 14 hours in the same sized area!

The Amex lounge must have been really disappointing since you didn't show it. As a cardholder I'd have liked to have seen it regardless. Also as a way to encourage Amex to up their game. I'd really like to be able to read the cards on the food counter. Some not readable (sorry, pet peeve from Italy trip where I did this in food courts and found I could hardly read or know what many of the items were). Interesting got-ya you highlighted regarding menu selection of GF and Celiac. Don't recall you explaining the $245 detail.

Yes, the Centurion Lounge in Sydney really was that disappointing. We left very quickly and never looked back. Sorry about the readability of the info cards on the food stations, we film with a GoPro so even at best they will be difficult to read. We also have to film around the people there trying to get food so we're not always going to get a great shot of it. Cory has Celiac disease so we are trying to highlight gluten free options whenever we can. As for the $245, we paid for this trip with reward points (Aeroplan specifically) and only paid $245 in fees and taxes to fly from Vancouver to Sydney and from Sydney to Singapore all in business class. It would take a lot to explain it all here but if there is enough interest we could put together a future video explaining the miles and points game. Thanks for your comments and for watching our video!

Special meals could be requested at least 24 hours before flight in Manage Bookings, including Gluten Intolerant Meal (GFML).
