I must post a comment to represent the views of those with a touch of the tism… 😅 there is a group of us that would love these types of cars regardless of status. We don’t care what other people think. We just love the relationship between man and machine. We become engrossed into the details of how it feels when you drive it. Many new cars no longer provide the visceral experience we crave because it feels like you’re driving a computer rather than a very mechanical device. Something like this Z06 though is designed to be a “drivers” car providing feedback to all of our senses.

Based on everything I’ve seen to this point there is absolutely no way he bought this car, no way is he shelling out 150k on a car nope not his personality goes against everything he believes… I’ll wait for the truth to come out cause there’s more to this than has been stated.. common sense makes me believe I’m correct guess we will see if I’m right.

I recently bought a $60,000 Toyota Supra. Interestingly enough it has opened up a lot of opportunities networking wise. Within a few months time my social network is now full of successful Bay Area tech bros and entrepreneurs… just from chatting about cars with them at car meets or popular driving roads. It’s been really fun to learn from them and pick their brains!

I love my Mazda 3 though! It's not the fastest, cheapest, or most expensive, but I'm having fun driving it still. It was my first big purchase after getting a decent job.

I love my Subaru Foster Having the huge windows is a must for me giving amazing visibility Since I can’t see well out of my left eye it’s important to me to have wide windows to reduce blind spots

In terms of eating out its now at the point where yeah maybe a pizza once a week, but otherwise I save that for when I'm either going on a date(single in 2023 is trash lol) or going to see my best friend who I don't get see often so we let loose and splurge on w.e. on a daily trying to avoid eating when I'm working

Hey bud, as someone who lives in Apex NC, and who came to the US less than 2 years ago, I am extremely interested in hearing more about how you navigate live here financially. It’s definitely not cheap to live here and making a decent living can require more than just a job, so it’d be super helpful for me (and for other folks I guess) to hear about your vision of financial freedom and the actions you apply to achieve it. Also, think about a coffee/lunch with subscribes 🙂. Take care.

The reason I congratulated you was knowing how against this concept you were. For you to buy a car like this you likely got a good deal and had a pretty big rainy day fund.

He talked about it briefly in the past, its an investment. He could probably already flip it for a profit.

Whenever I start to think about buying a new car, I listen to a Dave Ramsey video and the feeling goes away.
I drive a 13 year old Honda truck.
I’ve had to do the typical wear and tear repairs but my mechanic says she has another 200k left in her.
I get a lot of crap from my friends because I make a decent living. Not 6 figures but close and I still refuse to buy a new truck until most of my school debt is gone.
I remember watching your super old videos even before the VW and it was obvious back then you knew what you were doing with your money. You had your own home and drove what looked like an older car…and look at what you drive now! 😂
    Great video. 🥲

I'm trying to make the feeling go away but thinking about sitting in the adrenaline red dipped interior is just making me go crazy.
