if you want the mask to fit better, wrap tin foil on your head then cover in tape, it's more flexible and organic looking.

Instead of cardboard, you should use acid free foam core and instead of hot glue, you should use Golden's clear tar gel. They last much much longer, they don't get brittle or crack. but the vid is great and instructive.
