Ive heard about that game! Space exploration fascinates me in real life. I get invigorated at the thought of exploring endlessly. What type of game is it? Storybased? Multiplayer? Both?
By the way the galactic center is reachable, and you get a super cool 'ending' when you reach it but you can still keep playing (you get a super good reward for it too)
The Grox Empire is the largest in in this game and controls the center of the galaxy. Depending on your decisions throughout the series, you can ally or eliminate them, and your decision will effect your relationships with other empires. This game is one of the greatest builders ever made, with something for everyone from build masters to role play fans, to achievement junkies, and speed runners, and you can play at your own pace without it causing any setbacks. You can even have multiple playthroughs going on simultaneously on the same account. It set the stage for so many other games (pun intended) to build from with its massively customizeable character creator and its randomizations/pre-built options. It's only fault is that it is outdated. If someone could take this game (dev kit and all) and modernize its graphics a bit, work out some glitches, and reopen sporepedia. I would download it in a heartbeat.
As someone who's played this game since I was a kid, it was so much fun to watch you slowly comprehend the insane and magnificent scale of space stage. Now I've got to watch the whole series!
I loved reading your comment! Truly! I'm so happy you want to watch the whole series now! People really enjoyed it. My favorite stages were probably 1, 2, and 5, in no particular order. I think most people agree with that too! Creature stage was a really fun video as well! I hope you enjoy the series! And I look forward to any additional comments you may leave!
It's cool to see someone look upon the possibilities with curiosity as opposed to fear. Many unfortunately see the immense potential of the stage as a brick wall.
That goes to show you just how little I studied this game beforehand, I suppose! Thats really unfortunate that people get overwhelmed by it. Maybe it's because in real life Im a huge fan of space, to the point where I watch documentaries on it for fun. But the possibility of exploring and conquering a galaxy seemed like such a neat concept and they did a decent job at it tbh.
@@Tytar I agree. For a lot of people I believe it's a turn off because once you enter that stage it becomes more sandboxy and there aren't obvious linear goals, and there's more than the usual 3 playstyles so perhaps it's too divergent to them.
Not sure if anyone else has explained but 16:44 looks like a proto-star. Basically, that’s the beginning of a star forming. Clouds of matter slowly collect and build into a core, and as that core gets bigger, the gravity becomes more intense, pulling even more matter in. Then an accretion disk forms (the ring of particles around the star) and it keeps on sucking in matter until it stabilises.

Theres so much to this game The grox spaceships outclass even a max everything player spaceship but they are defeatable. better than starfield...
I haven't played Starfield but from what I'm hearing about it, I probably would agree!
You made it further than I did Tytar 😂 I got bored of Spore after stage 2. Sims is always better than Spore lol
I will say, Id happily play Spore Stage 1, 2, and 5! Stage 3 and 4 though...pretty lackluster. As great as spore is, The Sims series is where it's at 😎
Meh, too much boring humans.
hah poeple use wormholes to get like 42 parsecs away from the center of the galaxy and travel the rest from star to star.
Oh dang!
You missing ''spore galactic adventure ''
