    Waking up in the middle of the night is completely normal, but it is also completely normal for your mind to be racing and worrying and then it can be really hard to fall back asleep.
    🌌This yoga nidra guided meditation is meant to be a gentle guide to ease you back to sleep when you wake up in the middle of the night. Through gentle breathing and intentional relaxation, I will support you in letting go of concerns about sleep duration and trust in your body’s natural ability to receive deep sleep and restoration. 🌌
    Think of this guided meditation like a gentle companion in the middle of the night to guide you back to sweet sleep whenever sleep is elusive. You can fall back asleep peacefully knowing that you are supported.
    The best thing about this meditation is that it finishes in silence so that when you fall back asleep, I won’t wake you up again. 🌠

    Yet another coincidence- yes my fellow Yogis and yogini’s - love being in alignment like this, watch after waking and going back to deep rest after an unusually trying day yesterday- God Bless Dr. Melissa this was so perfectly timed 😂❤🏃‍♀️🌿🧘🏼🙏

      Love the synchronicities. I know many of my students do listen to yoga nidra after waking up in the middle of the night, so wanted to make an official one for them.

    Thank you so much for this nurturing yoga nidra Melissa! I woke up at 4 am and it was so relaxing and calming to listen to this, I love the music like you used to play in your first classes! So helpful :)

    Thank you Melissa! I frequently fall asleep early then wake up between 10-2 . If i don't focus on going right back to sleep, i end up falling back asleep around the time i should be waking up lol

    Yes this happens to me as well. I can wake up after a few deep hours of sleep and then its like: whats up! . What are we doing. Why cant i sleep. It feels like im.starting my day in my mind already in a very hostile way but i just need my sleep.😮 😂 Or after peeing i cant fall back into it .
