bless you for this video, amazing how stock it looks when done!
Thank you!
I do have another question thou.. can you give the specs of the sock templates plz
I specifically came back to you to use your link. Thanks for the help
Thank you!!
Thank you 😊
I would love to see the side edges of the socks where the overlaps would occur.
I bought the sock and footie molds from Amazon. They came 2 of each.
Do you like them ??
How much did they cost?
Do you wash and dry them first?
What template designs are you using?
Can you tell me what size width your jigs are? I want to make sure I get them wide enough to make that stretch. Thank you for your help.
So cool. Where did you get the heat presser from?
Do you have a sock template available for purchase or a recommend link to purchase one?
I don't but making a jig like in the video and measuring could help!
I use a 15x15 heat press. One day I’ll be able to get a much larger press.
did you just cut the card board or do you have a template
I cut the board using the sock as a template.
Do you know where to find polyester kids socks? I cannot find them anywhere and wanted to make them for my nieces and nephews 😩 Thank you!
Here is the supply list, it includes the link to the socks www.silhouetteschoolblog.com/p/sublimation-pet-socks-and-dress-supply.html
So is there white ink on the print or is it just white because of the color of the sock? Also does the black look like it have some of the ink on it?
There is no white ink with sublimation...you are seeing the white of the sock for the white in the design.
@@SilhouetteSchool thank you for the info!
what is the name of the printer to print the design? thank you.
I used the Epson F570 for these - here's a link: shrsl.com/4ovt4
Another question! Sorry … what brand of press ? And what brand of socks ? Thx for sharing!
Hey there! Check out the full written tutorial here: www.silhouetteschoolblog.com/2020/06/how-to-sublimate-socks-beginner.html
How big are your sock jig measurements?
Do you have any good recommendations on printers that are less than 1k?
What type of printer?
Just a sublimation printer that can print the full length of any size sock.
What are the washing instructions on these ?
For sublimation, you can wash like normal. I prefer cold wash.
Couldn't we wrap one big design paper around the socks with cardboard press the front and then the back and taking just one big paper with all the design at the end?
Ideally sublimation paper needs to be hitting the top platen of the heat press. If you flip it over you risk ghosting
Where can I buy affordable socks to try to sublimated for th first time?
Amazon
Hello
It's really bugging me that the first sock you did you left wrinkles on both sides which means it's going to look possibly look funny.
They came out perfect...so no worries :)
What sublimation is that ?
