Michael Jarman @schyluer sublimation requires a high polyester count. At least 50%. But for best vibrancy should be 80% or more. They have tons of Different styles. Some digital print, some knit and some sublimated. So it depends on which style, which collection and which design you are talking about. And some parts of the sock like in ours shown here the foot is cotton, but the sublimation is only on the leg part. So you can get creative with it and make it happen.

No you cannot sub on black directly. However we have some socks that have Black interior and white exterior. They are made for sublimating dark designs and black backgrounds. Thus giving you a nice black sock finished look after printing.

Any advice on prints that doesn’t get to distorted when the socks is worn. My designs starts to warp bad when it’s on actual foot.

I’m not sure about that. For just a mock-up you can probably use Photoshop
