      Yes He is.
And our Lord established a new covenant with His blood for the remission of sin.
      And said. Jonh 6 53:54
Then Jesus said unto them verly, verly I say unto you except you eat the flesh of the son of man and drink His blood ye have no life in you. 54.whose eateth my flesh and drinketh my blood hath eternal life and I will raise him up at the last day.
St paul said if we drink from the cup in an anwordly manner we will condemme our soul.
We do this in Eucharist Christ ordained with His Apostles, the new priests for God's new covenant.
Also philippians 13:13 workout your own salvation whith fear and trembling.
Protestants are the ones that need to know that Jesus Christ is our Lord.
And we can't take a book from the church He established and make thousands of counterfeit denominations, with it.
Living millions of people to die in their sins.
No we ate not saved just by believing in Jesus Christ.
To live what Jesus established and ordained we must believe in Jesus Christ.

Flesh and blood is the Spirit in man. The Spirit gives life, not the Catholic traditions. That is explained later in John 6 but overlooked by Catholics as it opposes their doctrine.

Met Jesus at 23, and at 49 God led me take off the Baptist/Lutheran glasses and showed me the way Home. You are both an inspiration. Thank you for all you do to share the truth with others 🙏😇

Listening to stave Ray, I feel fresh, also I found my other Christians from sabbath, that don't know catholic as Christian,, that ask me questions, while I explaining they can't accept, becoz they show me like I don't read the Bible,, they can say, we follow a pope, we have idol,, I try to explain but can't listen though they questioned, but I answer some by verse but can't overcome.
Like don't call priest father, I tried to explain that in Matthew 23:... I give example Abraham is call father of nations, becoz he be in charge of nations, as well father in church as in charge of church,, ten commandments respect father and mother.
The context of don't call anybody Father, or teacher is that only, true teachings of holy Bible, on other books with true teaching of the Father, becoz we known there are different religions who do not follow or read the Holy Bible, that is the meaning.
But I told u upto now my friends from sabbath can't listen, to me. And they feel bitter like, we have Sunday day of beast, sun tamus, many things they claim,, they really follow criticism. Ask them to show me in Bible,, real they have lost with those who lied in them,, they have different studies against catholic..

I do not understand this statement that there was no Golden Age of Catholicism. I can understand no Utopia. Perhaps that is what is meant. Please see The Thirteenth, the Greatest of Centuries by Jame's Walsh for a Catholic Golden Age in Europe. Also Life on a Medieval Barony by William Davis. Medieval Crafts, A a book of Days by John Cherry. The Workingman's Guilds of the Middle Ages by Godfroid Kurth. I love the book Crossing the Tiber, by the way. I do catch the point. Sometimes the Greatest writing comes during dark times for the Church during persecutions. Like the Apocalypse.

Listening. Hate to be picky, however, it is common to mix up Martin Luther with John Calvin. Luther accepted all the Catholic teachings about the Blessed Virgin Mary. He recited the pre-Trent rosary to his death. He believed in Transubstantiation. Lutherans practiced these the first 100 years & then just lost it. Lutherans to this day accept the CCC saying the Mass [Divine Service] Consecration makes Calvary present & Jesus Christ is truly present, "in, around, under & through" the bread & wine, the Trent definition for the a real transubstantiate Presence. The conflict is that Lutherans think the Consecration is dependent upon belief & reception of the elements. And they do not understand "substance". Who does? And the Sacrificial quality to the Mass had increased at the expense of honoring the Passover ceremonial meal by the time of Trent. Which Vatican II brought back in. Luther did not like the Mass of Pius V anymore than most Novus Ordo Catholics do today! And Luther did not believe in Bible alone. He believed in Bible & "Right Reason", meaning objective reality. Christ is our measure. He accepted all the Catholic Church Councils up to Trent, as that measure! Lutherans today still do. It was mainly the abuses involving "filthy lucre that upset Luther. A lot of Luther's filthy vitriol may be from printers embellishments & student Table Talk notes. Most are not in his actual writings & sermons. Luther also perceived that we can do nothing without the constant impulses of God. Evidently that truth in Germany was drowned under Indulgence abuse & the Germanic workaholic mindset. He also stated that works prove Faith & allowed a little credit for peasant farmer works. He just didn't want credit for our redemption to not be accredited to Jesus Christ. And the Deuterocanonical writings were put in the back of his German translation of the Bible as "good to read". Just not as weighty as the Canon, a view held by many Catholic theologians. As to obedience to the Pope, well, that is a problem faced today during this Gallican vs. Ultra-Montanism pendulum swing! When I hear Catholic priests say that Luther was right, this is what they mean. But he was wrong about four of the Sacraments & the Papal succession, etc. Are we doing any better than Luther with our quandry between Arch. Vigano & Pope Francis?

I don’t think any of the podcasters are going to read this but It’s hard to defend
I moved from Europe to the US and I have tried every Sunday a different Catholic Church but it just ain’t happening.
I just came from church and actually had some Protestants with me who I have led all the way to the Apostolic Fathers and they were ready they wanted to go for it and convert…
But the church was just terrible 😢
    I could cry
I can not find a place that feels like true catholic service and I did fear to take them but they kept asking me to please take them so I was foolish and did.
They are completely confused now cause nothing I have showed them about our faith that made them all hiked up was present at church. 1-1/2 hours of high mass with a homily not even 5 min long and most of it was just reading out of the Bible… how in earth to you expect your congregation to connect with the father if he doesn’t even bother to address them … in a hall that doesn’t nearly resemble a church more an auditorium but the best I could find and we have many Catholic Churches here in Arizona but none absolutely none are any good … people walking in and out during service it resembled a train station not church.
Chapel veils yep fine with that but learn what they mean married women wearing white ones children black ones it was all a big 💩 show as all they cared about was if the veil sits correct no one folded their hands in prayer ahhh it was just sad … and I feel embarrassed 🙈
This has nothing to do with Catholic Church and I’m close to the point of just continuing online service back home in Italy … Catholic Churches here ask why so many turn their back … this is it …. The Catholic Church doesn’t have their house in order …it’s hard when you tell the none denominational friend that people normally should go to confession ( at least for mortal sins )before receiving communion
and my friends bluntly asked people so I’m trying to convert how often do you go to confession… and they laugh and say oh wow to be honest I can’t remember as they walk on and receive communion … and than they came to me and say” but you said they should only receive communion if they repent… and I find myself apologizing…
    They than say
but why should I convert if people living the faith don’t even take it seriously
And I simply have no answer

I am so sorry you are going through that. And you are 100% right, with most churches here in the US are an absolute mess. It's frustrating, to say the least. I am very lucky where I live and have a great parish, but I've been to plenty that are exactly they way you describe it. I started my conversion process back in 2019, and it would and still does infuriate me to see people show no respect for the Eucharist. Even the other day, my Priest gave a homily and the importance of the Eucharist and then to still see people use their hands to receive when 95% of my parish receive on the tongue. I think more people , Americans especially need to hear this perspective. I would love to have you come on and talk about this. If you feel up to it, please email questforfaith20@gmail.com. I will be praying for you and your friend.

@@iggyantioch Youre a case in point. In case you didnt know, the commandment says for US not to make them for ourselves. God makes what he wants. But youve got to try and justify your idols.
