I worked in the maintenance department at a prison in Blythe. My boss (Free Staff) was a very nice, older gentleman that had a bit of a drinking problem. One day his boss ratted him out for drinking at work. He got called in and sent home pending disciplinary action. Rather than wait to get fired, that night he was driving back home, to L.A., where his wife and daughter lived. He was paying for his daughters college education.
So, he winds up rear-ending a parked 18-wheeler and dies in the accident. I was told that after 5 year's of working with the CDC he would qualify for some type of retirement. That, plus his life insurance, should've been enough, maybe, to take care of his wife and daughter without him, right?
Better than him being fired and left with nothing to offer his wife and children.
What I'm getting at is he really considered the guy that ratted him out to be a real friend. So when we all found out how that guy gave him up, we all quit, refusing to work for that pinche ratilla. So yes, there are definitely rats on both sides within the CDC. And no one wants to be around them, period!! ✊😎🙏

There's a difference between selling out others purely to save your ass and flipping because you've been betrayed. Like you've been doing all sorts of fuckery and the moment you get caught; you sell out your friends. That's some psychopathic behavior. That's different from trying to do the right thing (relative to your organization or whatever), but the people who you thought were friends turned on you.
That's why I don't think Hector is a snitch. He knows the CDCR is fucking over both guards and inmates and doing the wrong things. He gave 16 years of his life to them just to watch them shit the bed; he's a whistleblower and not a snitch.

It’s true I was in corrections and worked with the gang unit most drop out due to the BS that goes on and the pick and choose what is a violation or not and by who. Then there is the whoever has a connection on contraband is the one running thing even if there is sketchy charges. Then when the contraband stream runs out dude gets hit, and that is where the information will come from. So in turn it’s all because they let someone who is no good in on certain info then when they hit them they spill the beans.
Your killing me Hector! That's why comedy makes us laugh. Because it's true. Lol!

Hector can you do a video if you haven’t already about the administrative process of mainline inmates going to P.C. before the days of SNY & now that SNY yards are all the rage. How has the process changed & what is required of those inmates
How it went there was no sny. They debriefing and got placed in ASU for awhile then released to the level they should and tried not to get killed. The big time debriefers and they testified in court sometimes PHU (Protective housing unit ) but that one is rare. Sometime interstate compact transfered to another states prison system. When I started SVSP Level 4 180 GP we had multiple debriefers. Some inmates knew who they were most didn't.

Let's just say it. IGI or ISU have snitches on almost every tier or the Big Homie, maybe using a squad phone. I'm just saying. I have seen inmates with institutional made fake paperwork at every prison, I seem them give money to give to dirty staff, and they will always always tell on staff to save themselves.
I agree that the Co's are very evil. But there are very few that have a good ❤️. I have family in and out I've seen it all. I'm glad you are here doing this. Keep shining light on this.
