I found it to go in, do your job, and go home. I did 7 months as an out of class Sgt. Learned a lot from the supervisor side. You know what went back to Officer it's easier. Avoided politics altogether it's better for your sanity.

yeah well for a lot of cops the jobs are too easy too many naps, too many movies, too many BBQ's for all that money and time on the books and pension and swap schedule with 4 days off too easy man too easy thats why theyre souls go to the machine!
