Hi Himadri, the horizontal direction in which you were brushing is not correct way. Brushing should be done in vertical strokes keeping the bristles tilted around 45 degrees towards the gums and the strokes should be away from the gums. Vigorous horizontal brushing causes enamel loss
Also getting braces to correct teeth alignment is not bad. Crooked teeth makes it difficult for the bristles to reach all the nooks and crannies making it difficult for proper cleaning which may lead to cavities and periodontal problems in future. Not to mention improper bite can cause TMJ and various other issues. Of course getting braces is a personal choice. But won't call crooked teeth as usp 🥲

Di I give u a just suggestion but app mere se jada ache se jante ho sab meri skin problem bhi same thi aur Mujhe bhot wired lagga tha mere docter ne Mujhe kuj chemical based ni diya just bola Johnson baby ya seba med soap se wash krna hai face thrice a day and Icing krni hai ise follow kiya mene aur mera face ka result Mujhe within two weeks mil giya tha

I've the same hair type.. Scalp is oily and strands are dry, the love beauty and planet curry leaves and biotin shampoo is working great, it has revived my hair..
