List of ingredients
600g goat meat
1 teaspoon of black pepper
8 sliced garlic
Thumb sized ginger
Medium onions
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
3 strings of spring onion
2 teaspoons dried thyme
6 tablespoons of curry powder
1 tablespoon of cumin
3 maggi seasoning
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 Tablespoon of parsley flakes
1 sliced scotch Bonnet
1 cup of coconut milk
FOR THE VEGETABLES
2 carrots
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
SLURRY
1 tablespoon corn starch
2 tablespoons of water
FOR THE RICE
4 cups of ri
1/2 cup chopped carrot 🥕

Why cook the goat meat for an hour? I thought male goat does not require long cooking hours as it’s already soft and can be cooked in minutes

@@joyfulcook I really appreciate your response, I'm Favour from Nigeria, I have two sisters and our parents are late now I'm only one taking care of my sisters paying their school fees and the money I'm earning is not really enough to pay our bills. So I asked a friend for help and she suggests I start earning online before my sisters get to University level, so that the responsibility won't be much on me that's why I'm asking for your permission ma! I know how to too but where we are staying is not nice to post it online because we live in an uncompleted building managing on till I'm able to get a self-con
