wow!! Had a great time with this, thank you for posting! Never thought would see footage of this song -- I love this and all the others in the Neck and Neck album. Thank you!
When you can play guitar in front of Roy Clarke and make him smile....well that tells it all. Chet Atkins was beyond a legend on the guitar and he influenced millions of players in every genre of guitar playing.
It does sound like there is more, but oddly enough the chord that Chet slides into up the neck is the chord that he ends on. It immediately cuts to Roy Clark making some comments, so that really is the end of the song.
Didn't realize the tune was that old... love that Chet always has such a great sense of humor -the immaculate picker
It was first published in 1921
wow. RIP Chet. just love to hear those tunes
What a guyr
When you note the humility of Chet and see his humor---you wish you could have been a close friend of his. This is great.
you must be a really good person, wish you the best

youre doing the world a favor uploading those videos. Wish you the best, sincerily
You can listen to Chet forever. Five minutes of Tommy Emmanuel and you’re exhausted.
I'd love to jam with him though
THE BEST EVER!
Any chance of having the part after this, it seems like there's more to it, as you can hear the slide at the end.

The old dear at 01:00 needs to take the tag off her hat!
That was Minnie Pearls trademark for 60+ yrs. Losing it would be like Groucho Marx losing his cigar or moustach. It's her stage persona. :)
Do someone have the tabs for it?
Hilarious
You don't beat Chet!
Who are the other people?
