I can tell you, sunfire+steraks Mundo is the stupidest thing I've ever seen in my entire life. Just go extra healing in runes and take ghost, the other keystones don't even fucking matter but maybe go conquerors if you feel like it. He literally heals 7-9% of his max hp every second without ult later if the enemy team focuses you, with the fat steraks shield later on you just r when that plops up, and before the shield is even halfway down you're fulllive again. I literally have a 11win streak with that shit, it's fucking broken and he literally won't die, I have 3 deaths in these 11 games and I don't even play too well, I just run head into every enemy I see once I got sunfire and steraks, afterwards I just go full tank and at most still build a titanic, it's so damn op.

PBE is mostly for bugtesting, not balance. Reason for that is because the playerbase of PBE is too small to reliably depend on the data. In the blog post, they cited reworked Skarner I think as an example, where he got like a 43% winrate in PBE, and they even thought of buffing him, but didn't do so. On Live, he hit a 70%+ winrate, one of the highest in Skarner's history. Numbers could be off by 5-20%, but not the disparity. Not saying that the items aren't broken, just that it's not the idea behind PBE to balance things

Those champs have been able to do that for a long time. Without context the Yone and Yasuo clips might have been from Season 10 and there would be no difference other than the damage isn't in crit now.
You can notice a significant power spike with rageblade when playing Yasuo. His damage will go higher straightly by more than 1/3 when you finish the item, partly because the bug that his q can still crit AND have the damage bonus.

As a Nocturne main there is no possibility of combining Duskblade + (Old Tiamat) whip thingy which takes away from his wave clear + one shot capability. Riot REALLY needs to be enable buying components of other items without you having to complete them... that's just plain stupid.
Yea, but they are strong too, especially this "the longer you fight, the more dmg you deal, and at max stacks, convert to true dmg". This and some DoT like Teemo, Cassiopeia, Mordekaiser, Singed etc is quite nice. I just don't get why they made Lyandri's a mythic, and I honestly miss old Lyandri's in combination with Luden's on Teemo shrooms or Cho'Gath Qs.

I was playing the other day and I was fed but unfortunately, a fed ADC that worths nothing, the enemy team had a fed Nocturne, in order for me to survive I need: 1. Flash up 2. Heal up 3. All shields from items 4. Guardian Angel up 5. My entire team has to legit stick to my ass and this is not to fight him, all this just to do not get one-shotted.
I traveled to space, I searched on every planet in our system, I traveled to the nearest ones and searched there too, but in the end, I was unable to find, WHERE THE DIFFERENCE TO PREVIOUS SEASONS IS!
If I may say, Guinsoo on Yasuo/Yone isn’t so strong, and you can quickly see it with a few easy calculations : -With Rageblade at 100% crit chance (easily reachable and necessary for the 0/10 brothers), they will deal 200 bonus physical damage on hit, and 400 every three autos, which makes ~267 bonus physical damage per auto on average. But at 100% crit chance, your autos will always deal twice as much as your Attack Damage, which means that as long as you reach 267 (which is very easy after a few items), your autos will deal at least as much as with Guinsoo on-hit bonus. With the damage added by Infinity Edge, going 100% crit without Rageblade is much worthier! (However, it can be a strong early alternative, but kinda inhibiting Yasuo/Yone’s power on the long term) Else, great video! ^^

I feel like playing a beta game from a kickstarter project with one developper. I didn't got this feeling in S9,S10 preseason even if we got some op shit but it's nothing in comparison of what we currently experienced.
"S11 is broken with broken items" WRONG! It's not a problem of the items who make champs broken, it's about some champs being broken since S10 who now become even more broken with items that were supposed to counter them. Here's an example: I tried Sunfire Aegis on Cho'Gath with Gargoyle Stoneplate, Warmog Armor and another item that added HP, expecting to melt champions with that. Long story short, I couldn't land my abilities on a Irelia dashing everywhere, I was perma CC by her and the other champs (even if I had boots with Tenacity), I couldn't move or use abilities for ages, so we still lost, Sunfire Aegis did jack shit! Even if you buy a good Mythic that makes you so powerful that you can 1vs3 or even 1vs5, it's still a matter of your team playing well and not making mistakes: if your weak ring dies and you engage in a bad fight and your team gets a wipeout, you can still lose a game that you thought was won only by that.
People you still gotta remember this is preseason for a reason. It barely began. They want to take it slow cause they dont want to do overnerf/overbuff anything else since they have time. If broken stuff does pass through you can complain all you want

Yasuo has full item Sett and ashe both have half item Second. The ashe outplayed herself along with sett. Now has ashe stayed back and went the other side instead of going down toward yasuo. Sett could hit his w cause yasuo wouldn't have anything to dash to

I was playing the other day and I was fed but unfortunately, a fed ADC that worths nothing, the enemy team had a fed Nocturne, in order for me to survive I need:
1. Flash up
2. Heal up
3. All shields from items
4. Guardian Angel up
5. My entire team has to legit stick to my ass
and this is not to fight him, all this just to do not get one-shotted.
I traveled to space, I searched on every planet in our system, I traveled to the nearest ones and searched there too, but in the end, I was unable to find, WHERE THE DIFFERENCE TO PREVIOUS SEASONS IS!

If I may say, Guinsoo on Yasuo/Yone isn’t so strong, and you can quickly see it with a few easy calculations :
-With Rageblade at 100% crit chance (easily reachable and necessary for the 0/10 brothers), they will deal 200 bonus physical damage on hit, and 400 every three autos, which makes ~267 bonus physical damage per auto on average. But at 100% crit chance, your autos will always deal twice as much as your Attack Damage, which means that as long as you reach 267 (which is very easy after a few items), your autos will deal at least as much as with Guinsoo on-hit bonus. With the damage added by Infinity Edge, going 100% crit without Rageblade is much worthier!
(However, it can be a strong early alternative, but kinda inhibiting Yasuo/Yone’s power on the long term)

I feel like playing a beta game from a kickstarter project with one developper. I didn't got this feeling in S9,S10 preseason even if we got some op shit but it's nothing in comparison of what we currently experienced.
"S11 is broken with broken items" WRONG!
It's not a problem of the items who make champs broken, it's about some champs being broken since S10 who now become even more broken with items that were supposed to counter them.
Here's an example: I tried Sunfire Aegis on Cho'Gath with Gargoyle Stoneplate, Warmog Armor and another item that added HP, expecting to melt champions with that. Long story short, I couldn't land my abilities on a Irelia dashing everywhere, I was perma CC by her and the other champs (even if I had boots with Tenacity), I couldn't move or use abilities for ages, so we still lost, Sunfire Aegis did jack shit!
Even if you buy a good Mythic that makes you so powerful that you can 1vs3 or even 1vs5, it's still a matter of your team playing well and not making mistakes: if your weak ring dies and you engage in a bad fight and your team gets a wipeout, you can still lose a game that you thought was won only by that.

People you still gotta remember this is preseason for a reason. It barely began. They want to take it slow cause they dont want to do overnerf/overbuff anything else since they have time. If broken stuff does pass through you can complain all you want

The 6/1 ashe means nothing if she didnt buy the items with the gold she got, yasuo had more gold in items than she had ( or even if they were even in items, eh had full guinsoo, she didnt have a full item yet)

Second. The ashe outplayed herself along with sett. Now has ashe stayed back and went the other side instead of going down toward yasuo. Sett could hit his w cause yasuo wouldn't have anything to dash to
