2 Bok Choy
30g Sichuan Pickled Green (Optional)
80克 80g Carrots
1 King Oyster Mushroom
3/4 Cup Organic Rice
1/4 Cup White Quinoa
Water
Rice Wine or Water
150ml Kombu Stock
Seasoning:
2Tsp Vegan Oyster Sauce
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika(Optional)
1/2 Tsp Brown Sugar
Sea Salt to Taste
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
