      He has elite genetics clearly but there are other kids stronger then him his age who weight less so we will see how it progresses

      @@Jacob-qp8tq Except that at this age, there's no fooling yourself into thinking that it's mostly about some general training and having fun. Real strength training before puberty is not so important because everything will change later anyway.

    BIG WELL DONE max your such an inspiration to not only the young people but older people like me just wanna say how proud your dad must be and we are all proud of you I've been watching your dad for a long time now and he has changed my life giving me the motivation to become fit again after being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes keep it up buddy and thank you great job matey 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏

    That is nearly my 1rm for bench, and he even though he is deadlifting, he's lifting it for reps at 11 yrs old! Crazy!

    This boy needs mobility and coordination training first. He is very strong, but at age 18 year old he can feel the sad wall of life. I hope he never gets injury.

      He suffers from a medical condition called dyspraxia my nephew has it. And some people can’t ride a bike. dyspraxia causes balance and mobility issues in some people. I think my maximus is doing very well.

      @@Tad1945I reckon this guy is more of an expert in lifting heavy weights than Eddie hall himself the worlds strongest man 2017. I think someone as expert as Eddie in weightlifting is a terrible influence in teaching his son how to weight lift. (Obviously no sarcasm ;) ) keep it up max your dad is one of the best dead lifters to ever exist your in great hands buddy

      I was very similar I couldn't ride a bike and struggled with other things but now I could probably walk across a rope and I am perfectly fine and my dad was a smachhead nevermind the beast Eddie

    Squat form has gotten better. His hips and ribs are stacked. Needs more of that lower deep core work though. And he needs conditioning more

    The fact that Max has a very poor technique in doing squats is slightly frightening

      If you look correctly he actually has squat shoes on. They elevate your lift so you can squat more weight a bit useless for deadlifts for if your aim is to make it more harder fare enough.

    You're already heavier than your dad when he was 11 if you're 12.5 stone (80kg). Work hard an you can achieve anything

    8:50 ... 80kg for 5 Reps is around 93.3kg 1RM
    For people that wanted to know what maximus 1RM would be 💪

      If max wanted to achieve 110kg he would have to do 11 Reps of 80kg | or | 5 reps of 95kg which also equals 110kg
      If max now wanted to achieve 115kg he would need to be hovering around 13 Reps of 80kg | or | 5 reps of 98.5kg which also equals 115kg

    His form is absolutely terrible. You'd think that with two adult professionals there, they'd be able to teach him. Looks like he's gonna have some back problems if he continues like that.

    HE can't even dumbell curl ... omfg ... the kid has almost no mind muscle connection ... and zero real effort - like he will do anything to avoid time under tension ... Eddie too proud to say anything ..

    I hope you put max into sports too, so he developes that athletic base. That will only make him stronger as an adult.😊
