DISRESPECTFUL FINISHES With Festival Zamasu | Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 |

Festival Zamasu is pretty fun to use, and for some reason, his festival instant severance does WAAYYY too much damage lol. The thing that i dont like about it is that it's a counter.

Instead of calling it the "Instance Severance (Festival)". Call it the "Boi Slicer"

Making it a counter was a poor choice since it removes a decent ultimate for stamina breaks. Instead, the barrier should have a close range shockwave that knocks the person back to start the second part. That way it still serves the same purpose of being a good counter to aggressive players and can be used in stamina breaks without needing to let your opponent hit you.
Edit: Also, the shockwave at the start should be slow so it can't be OP and spammed, but sped up if the opponent hits the barrier early.
