Absolutely the flintstones took from the honeymooners and Jackie wasn't too happy about it back in the day. He even threatened to sue the Flintstones. But they are 2 of my all time favorite shows along with all in the family Brady bunch and good times. And the honeymooners took some of the plots from the lost episodes and turn them into some of the classic 39 episodes. And this storyline is one of them.
This kind of had the same kind of ending as the short called suspense where Ralph thought Alice was going to bump him off when she was only reading lines of a play with Trixie. Here Ralph thought he was dying when it was a dog and Alice was laughing the same at the end of this short Honeymooners episode as with a suspense episode. Very funny stuff. But what was the story behind Alice wearing an eye patch over her right eye?
@@rjparry1 This is just good humor and fun. You liberals would take it to seriously.Counties in the United States,Republicans are more likely to be married, and happily married, than independents and Democrats, as Nicholas Wolfinger and I recently showed in a research brief for the Institute for Family Studies. They are also less likely to cheat on their spouses and less likely to be divorced, compared with independents and Democrats counties that lean Republican across the country as a whole have more marriage, less nonmarital childbearing, and more family stability than counties that lean Democratic

@@rjparry1 Did you know that red leaning counties have a lower rate of divorce than blue leaning counties? That families in red counties tend to be more stable?
A treat, love
Thank you!
You’re the greatest
Definitely the writers of The Flintstones cartoon 'borrowed' many of the plots from the Honeymooners!
It all started with Stan & Ollie and that system always works

She said at the beginning that her eye was swollen because Ralph threw socks to be washed and she missed
I love this show. If they showed the Honey Mooners now the liberals would have a fit saying this show is politically incorrect.
And Conservatives would think this was a manual on how a man should behave when dealing with their spouses
