1/4cup of garlic powder
1/4cup of onion powder
1teaspoon of paprika
1 & 1\2 tbspoon of kosher salt
marinated sauce
3 eggs
2/3cup of hot sauce (preferred Louisiana hot sauce)
1teaspoon of onion powder

Fry the chicken on medium, u have the stove on too high! Medium or low medium
