Hey fam for the veggie burgers you have to wash and dry the beans and make sure the rice and veggies are dry also. Smash together only with your hands not over mushing it. Season only after you form into burger patties. If you want to freeze some for later consumption make into patties do not season but wrap individually in plastic wrap then foil then put in freezer bag. They will be good for three months ❤
Yes has to be no moisture at all. Drain beans and dry roast ingredients on stove then food processor then let mixture chill in freezer some before cooking . I don't use eggs either. U can add a little Italian bread crumbs too. Thx for trying for me G! #vegetarian20yrs
Next time Teresa try this in your pasta salad .Tri color noodles,cucumbers,cherry tomatoes (sliced),red onions,salad shrimp,shredded sharp/mild cheese,black olives, Italian dressing and salad supreme seasoning.Your going to LOVE IT !!😋🤤

On your next try...try JUST EGG an egg substitute for eggs made of MUNG BEAN ...also, try bread crumbs and don't forget to DRAIN & RINSE YOUR BEANS --- make your patties and place in fridge before you cook. ENJOY YOUR MEMORIAL DAY, Y'ALL!!!
