Oh my!! What a Whelen package! An ultra flat but extremely bright Legacy lightbar, L31 in the rear and M6V2 at the side of the rear. I guess you have never seen such an extremely bright lighting :) That Whelen siren and horn sounds so epic! :)
It’s all good, really bright and efficient lighting system. But sadly the italian ambulance tone is totally wrong, although the speaker is very loud...
Whelen actually offers 2 Italian ambulance tones on their siren modules. A regular sounding one like you mean and a sort of hi-lo sounding one like we can hear in the video :) They can program the siren and switch all the time. They used this one for a reason I guess ;)
Oh, that make sense. By the way, according to italian road law system, the only allowed tone for ambulances and medical cars is just the "regular" one, with electronic or electro-pneumatic sirens. American tones are helpful but - sadly - out of law.
Same problem in 5 more countries (Austria, Swiss, Germany, France and the Netherlands). They only allow 2-tone sirens but wail/ yelp, etc. siren are sometimes used. A few in Germany, some more in the Netherlands and France.
Not a special edition at all ;) This tone is one of the many standard Whelen siren tones of the programmable light & siren systems. Those have around 65 - 70 tones available to choose from :)
Belissimo video sembra la sirena del mio vecchio camion de pompieri della playmobil
Bellissimo Video. La sirena è nuova non l'ho mai sentita così.
It's a lovely Whelen siren :) If it's the CenCom Carbide or HHS 2200 then they would have at least 40 other tones available :D
È la "HILO"
Stupenda ottimo video e ottima sirena
Bel video, sirena nuova e grande utilizzo dell airhorn

Emergency ReporterSRB Thanks!
The whole siren is a Whelen siren :)
And lights too
Yeah, stated that in another comment already :D I love that rig, would be great to see more videos of it
Judging by the parsimonious italian buyers, I do not believe that we will see such equipped vehicles on the streets of Italy.
Fantastico!
Ottimo video! Bel colpo!
Video Stupendo
Epico!
Bel video,sirena insentibile 😂😂😂
Nice!
Già è difficile muoversi in macchina a Milano, pensa con un'ambulanza! Io avrei guidato in stile GTA investendo i passanti e scavalcando le auto 😂
Veicolo dimostrativo realizzato in partnership con Carrozzeria Bonfanti e Whelen.
Confermo! :)
i think that is a special edition with the tritone ambulance tone from Whelen...
