SoftLoc™ is a wooly poly thread that offers better coverage, significantly less lint, and has a beautifully soft finish. If you’re used to only finding wooly poly thread in black and white, you’ll be spoiled for choice because SoftLoc comes in 60 colours.
ElasTex™ is a wooly nylon thread that, like SoftLoc, also offers better coverage and an incredible low lint finish. This thread is ideal for materials that require substantial stretching or if you’re looking to piece dye a cotton project.

Can I use Soft loc thread in my bobbin in my regular sewing machine?
Thinking I could sew a straight stitch while sewing knits or on woven material when sewing over elastic in a waistband.

We don't recommend it to be used in the bobbin. It's really just designed to be used in the serger loopers.
