An interesting Friday night around Melbourne 24/5/24

A video from the evening from 24/5/24 which features a bunch of trains in Melbourne on Friday evening.
We start off the video in Spotswood where we see 707's "Grainlander" pass by on its way to Southern cross and onto Sea Lake (unfortunately I didn't get any footage of it on the journey to Sea Lake as I forgot to press the record button). Next we head to Sunshine where we see the Sydney bound XPT which was followed by a Brisbane bound intermodal and a V/line passenger service from Warrnambool, we finish up the video in Albion with a shot of the up Tocumwal freight and the up SSR SG grain from The Rock.

8594 - A66 and N459
ST22 - XP2017 and XP2013
6BM4 - NR13, NR107 and NR88
8868 - N462
9306 - G541 and BL29
6CM4 - C507, BRM001 and C504

lots of action, i noticed it seems the freight trains dont lay on the horns as much as in Aus vs other countries. Nice to just hear the train go past without all the horn noise
