It depends on the radio frequency wave which he said if the frequency waves are to low it can’t go past the ionosphere, so all of our radio stations across the globe are low frequencies hope this helped
@@St-Normak but as for international radios channels i think they can use setallites to collect those high frequency radio waves and send them back to another receiver possibly to another country (below line os sight) and they share it as long as the line of sight allows
