- I finally decided to change my clippers/shavers and buy some new professional products. In this video I'm using the Wahl Detailer for the first time testing it during my hair maintenance routine and using it for the shortest part of the fade. I have to say it's quite cool, small, for super clean short cuts.

This man continually does a wonderful work cutting and shaving his head! I could never do what he does! He evenly cuts and fades the sides and back evenly to the point of beauty! He is wonderful looking man. The hair and shaving compliments him!

I normally cut all my hair with a regular phillips machine , but i want a more closer cut . Do you think this machine is good for a full head haircut with the length you cut your fade on this video ?

For these who haven't realized it, the trimmer was zero gapped and he used a shaver after. I read it on the comments.
Wonderful..... Just splendid! However..... While you were getting the bottom line out..... In some places it was ok but it looked like you posted the line up and I thought you would have blended it out a little bit you didn't..... Or at least not in camera! But that's what I have the most trouble with..... The first guide line and I appreciated you showing almost everything except fading the lines out that you made! Can you do a video on that? Please???
Thank you! This video shows only the cut I gave with the detailer, as soon as I can I will do another video using the clippers so you will be able to see the other part of the fade. The line up is raw I didn't nothing more without camera ;)
@@massemo I didn't mean line up....I meant the bottom line! Sorry and thanks for sharing! I looked to hear the clippers cut without all the music....it aggravates me so I appreciate your style! But yes I meant when you were taking out the bottom line of demarcation! Sorry again! Again.... When you were taking it out..... It looked like you could've faded it out a little because it's like yes you took the line out but it was like you pushed the line up so it needed to be just slightly blended but other than that.... This was great

Along with Andis (which i prefer), Wahl makes some 🔥 machines.
To your question, he most probably 0 gap them.
Awesome clippers just ordered some from Amazon, I have some Andis T Blade trimmers as well, I love using those.
After pausing, then letting someone else give me a fade. Haha!
Naw... How do you maintain this thing though.?
It comes with a little bottle, and a brush but no directions.
I use the little bottle of oil every time and the brush to lubricate the lames

I think this one is more focus in precision, and there are other that do a faster job.

Very well done. I cut my own hair since im 18 years old. Waay before youtube and tutorials. I bought a Wahl Peanut at the time (still works perfectly) and it never occured to me at the time that most people can't do that. I don't even use mirrors anymore and my eyes are closed for most of the time. To me, that Wahl Detailer, adjusted/zero gap, is the best trimmer on the market.

@@PuntokUno1014 If you want closer on a almost daily base I would suggest to shave with this detailer and then use a Panasonic Arc 5 wet shaver with a good shaving cream and lots of hot water. This way you get a virtually blade like shave with zero (?) skin irritation (if done properly) and you could do this every day.

@@theoneandonlyhere 3-4mm you can do with these clippers with the 1&1/2 guide which is 3mm or you can use the Wahl Super Taper with 3mm guide close or 3mm guide open for 4-5mm of beard

when lining up a beard with this trimmer, is it precise & sharp enough that you don't have to use a straight razor after?
Yes, the line it's precise but you have to remove for sure the shortest hair with straight razor after because this trimmer didn't shave smooth
Even barbers with super sharp zero gap detailers still use a razor bruh
on point yh is really hard for the trimmer to cut to it’s full potential on the neck
