The RODE has a nicer more natural sound, while the ELGATO has a strange digital feel to it - but Elgato has a great software ecosystem to go with it. Both these companies have great support.
Hey Kettner/Jordan, im planning to get the rode podmic for my home studio/ streaming setup, and i understand that some may find the rodemic missing some bass, is there any eq software for it that i can use to change that? thanks for the video!!
Hey Zora I recently bought the Rode Podmic and had the same question. The answer to the question is Voicemeeter Banana. With this free equalizer you can boost the bass of your voice and you can hear a significant improvement. You can also find enough videos here on UA-cam where they explain how to set everything up. Mic 1 is elgato more nasally. Mic 2 is rode pod more clear. Blind audio
