This song is so amazing! It makes me think of my son whom I love so much, who is lost in a search to find truth. Our 21 year old daughter, who is non-verbal listens to this song over and over. I hear their hearts crying out for God, so many things we cannot express with words. There is Hope in the God who sees and hears and listens! Psalm 42 I do not know why sometimes the journey is so dangerous and confusing, but I know He is reaching out for us!
We all suffer from storms and fiery trials; it comes with our journey with God as we walk this broken world. Self-doubts, questions, valleys of depression, even persecution... But paradoxically, it is in these struggles, like gold purified in fire, that our faith is strengthened. I believe this to be true.
I suffer from a thorn in the flesh. Off and on, I have panic attacks and with them come accusatory thoughts. If nothing else, I believe (like Paul) God allowed it to keep me from getting ahead of myself, but also... God used it to strengthen my faith and draw me closer to Him, because I know that my flesh fails me... that I can do nothing to save myself; only Jesus can and I need Him every moment. Thus, God has taught me (I'm still learning) what it means when His _"power works best in weakness."_ (2 Cor 12:9) *I still have much to learn, though, and I don't expect this affliction to end until Jesus calls me home. I look forward to that day.*
You may be in a season when God may seem absent, but He is closer than you can feel. God hears your cries, and He understands your pain: He faced every temptation, endured all kinds of insults, suffered anxiety at Gethsemane that made Him sweat blood, was beaten for our sins, and experienced heart-wrenching disconnection from the Father while nailed to the cross. Moira Diamond Are you having unresolved conflict with someone? Sometimes when we are dealing with unresolved conflict we can feel like God is distant from us, but it's actually us that are distant from God. Remember that Jesus is who we find our strength in. There will be those seasons when we feel like everything is a mess but when we have faith during that season is when we will see the fruits. Satan wants to steal your hope and faith from you during tough times but you have to stay strong and lean on God's promises. I strongly advise you reading God's promises he put into motion in the Word. God doesn't go back on his word and he says that all may come to him through his one and only Son that is Jesus Christ. I'll be praying for you, if you feel like there is something bothering you in your family or life confront it, don't neglect it. There might be something God is trying to tell you. There also times when we need to take our eyes off ourselves and look at others and be of help or service to them.

When my son was incarcerated this became his song and ultimately the family song. This has blessed me over and over again. We played this song at his funeral (celebration of life) on July 1 and I listen again as I face his first birthday without him. I am thankful the Lord placed those lyrics in you to sing. Before I listed to tenth avenue north I was going throw a depression, cuz my dog died and my family was being torn apart. But when u listen to this song it has everything that I was feeling. And this is what I said to God I said "why are you leavening me here, are u gonna catch my tears or are you gonna leave me here?" I felt like God was doing this to me. Like he was there laughing at me when I felt lose. But when I started hearing tenth avenue north they brought me back to God, the song that brought me back was "worn" it made me think about what god can do to my life and now I'm part of my church and I love God more then ever! Martin Sanchez you got it brother have you tried anything for anxiety I just want to tell you I am a bad anxiety sufferer and I found this stuff through discovery channel and some other called Jayden’s juice Cbd doesn’t get you high but does have drop of the just because they can’t get every little bit out just yet but I never felt high off it personally and it cured my anxiety attacks my nervous feeling always feel like I need to watch out and be weary still a good idea to be safe but I was paranoid no doubt didn’t share it with no one but my wife I was worried all the time like it was ptsd or something I connected things to past events certain looks and things puts me on guard I’ll pray for brother and I hope you find that peace and the other issues that hurt cause I have some big ones myself get tired of going on about my story because I get angry and hurt every time I go through it again god bless you Lord bless all of us with good hearts who are hurting and those who are corrupted by the enemy please turn them to the light may the world start restoring itself because we are going down the tubes just like you said I guess it’s just people being do weak to the lies of the enemy the worldly ways

The ONLY reason we are able to have "this hope", is because of the horrific death and undeniable resurrection of the ONLY true Savior and Son of man, Jesus Christ. As Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No-one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6.
How more clear could He be? He shed His own blood in the most horrific and painful death this world will ever know, so that we would have "this hope", and be able to someday go home, and live in eternal paradise next to His side. Remember, if you have that hope, I can assure you it isn't just a hope. It's true. You will see his face, and in the flood or the fire, he is with you and He won't let go. Don't lose hope just yet. He's performing miracles, even though you can't see him. I myself have struggled with faith for just about a year now, and I know people will give all sorts of promises, and they'll just seem empty. People can tell you He's there, and people can assure you that God's watching you, but it just isn't enough for you. I know the feeling, believe me. So even though it may or may not do any good, I will say He's with you. Keep praying, and before you know it you'll see God's little signs saying, "I'm Here! I'm here!" Just have a little blind faith for a little longer. Don't lose hope, he's coming to save you. I make it a goal to pray for people like me, who just can't see his love, and can't just settle with people's empty promises. So I will pray for you guys. Love ya'll :):)

Please pray for me, anyone. I'm struggling with an eating disorder and depressing and it's taken everything from me and torn me away from God himself. I'm so deep in this pit but I have a small bit of hope and I'm trying to put it in the Lord. It's just so hard sometimes.
