My ex bs her Expense and Declaration. I ask the court to Impute her Income as an avg salary as a barber and they granted me that. Now, she filed for a RFO - Move away to North Carolina bcuz they will be buying a house. How does this all make sense when she said she makes only $1186 a month.

I have a support court date Sept 13th, where I do not agree with my child's Father's income that he's presented to the court. He is an electrician here in New York. 35 years of experience and owns his own electrical business. He's showing $45000 in income but he is remarried to a wealthy family and I believe he is imputing income. They purchased a half million dollar home, in which the home is in his name and he just purchased a new Corvette and has other work vehicles etc. He also travels for work often. His child support for my daughter is $16 per week. Can you help me please? How do I prove he makes more money or has potential to make more or need hiding income by putting everything in his wife's name etc.

How did it go? $16 a week doesnt sound right at all. My friend who makes the same pays like $1400 a month for one kid and he has part time custody
